Can we get an authentic tasting european style pilsner made in under 10 days? Traditional lagering methods require weeks if not months of conditioning to complete this style successfully. Using higher fermentation temperatures and forcing the yeast to work quicker we are going to attempt to duplicate the clean, crisp flavor profile of a european lager, but in a percentage of the turnaround time.
