In our first international trip for three years, we head somewhere we’ve wanted to go from the moment it opened: to pay our respects at the Church of Omnipollo. It is the brewery’s first brewing site – a former Stockholm church they’ve stacked with fermenters, barrels, spice cannons and a great taproom. Join us as we take a tour, dig into the art that sets Omnipollo apart, and taste the remarkable range of beers they now make themselves.
