Dr. Neil Reid, professor of geography and planning at UToledo, affectionately known as the “Beer Professor,” will present on the phenomenal growth of the craft beer industry and the factors driving its growth.
Representatives from two Toledo breweries will share their experience with craft beer and how they began as home brewers before opening their breweries. Scot Yarnell (Univ Coll ’00) and Keefe Snyder (Eng ’06, Law ’10) co-own Earnest Brew Works and Aaron Grizaniuk (Univ Coll ’05) and Eric Pfohl co-own Patron Saints Brewery.
