RECIPE for 2 gal (7.57L):
-~ 2 Gal (~7.57L) Water
-60g Black Tea
-4 cups [~800g] Total Sugar
-Omega Lutra Kveik
-Brew Tea for 3 minutes @180ºF (~82ºC), cool to room temp
-Ferment @ 69ºF (20.5ºC) for 1 week
-Add melon to keg or to secondary if bottling
Original Gravity: 1.042
Final Gravity: 1.000
ABV: 5.5%
