Turbo Yeast:
5 Gallons Distilled Water
4lbs Cane Sugar:

DIRECTIONS:
Heat 5 gallons of water to 200F then kill heat and stir in sugar
Chill to 70F and pitch yeast
Ferment 65-70F for 24 hours
Carbon filter to get clear seltzer

CUVEE YEAST HARD SELTZER:
5 gallons (-19 liters)
OG: 1.040
FG: 1.000
ABV: 5.25%

Cuvee Yeast:
5 Gallons Distilled Water
4lbs Cane Sugar:
Yeast Nutrient:
Diammonium Phosphate (DAP):

DIRECTIONS:
Heat 5 gallons of water to 200F then kill heat and stir in sugar and 3 grams yeast nutrient & 3 grams DAP
Chill to 70F and pitch two cuvee yeast packets
Ferment 65-70F for 48 hours
Add 1 cuvee yeast packet and 3 grams DAP
Ferment at 65-70 for 48 hours
Add gelatin to keg for clear seltzer (optional)

OG: 1.040
FG: 1.000
ABV: 5.25%

Lutra Kveik Yeast
4.5lbs Corn Sugar:
Yeast Nutrient:
Diammonium Phosphate (DAP):

Heat 5 gallons of water to 200F then kill heat and stir in sugar and 20 grams yeast nutrient & 8 grams DAP
Chill to 90F and pitch Lutra yeast packet
Ferment 85-90F for 4 days
