TheBruSho: Home Brewing Simplified!

RECIPE for 1 gal (~3.8L):
-10g Black Tea
-100g Sugar
-Filtered Water to top
-Ferment @ 69ºF (20.5ºC) for 2 weeks – 1 month, until SCOBY forms
-F2 with Fresh Fruit, herbs, and/or spices
Subsequent Batches:
-10g Black Tea
-100g Sugar
-Ferment @ 69ºF (20.5ºC) for 4-6 days
Shorter = more sweet
Longer = more funky
-F2 with Fresh Fruit, herbs, and/or spices for 3 Days
ABV: Less than 1%
