Paul Illa brews up a tribute beer based on a homebrew clone recipe for Jedi Juice NEIPA (now called simply J-Juice) from Hop Nation Brewing Company in Melbourne, Australia. Why? Because our good friend Bob Sodman was craving that hazy juice! (What a nice guy.) We taste the beer and Illa shares some of the finer points of the recipe and his process for making a damn fine Hazy IPA.
